HODEIDA August 7. 2024 (Saba) -The leadership of the Hodeida Governorate Electricity Corporation carried out a field visit on Wednesday to see the technical teams' work in maintaining the current transmission lines' damage resulting from the governorate's torrential rains.

The director of the governorate's electricity zone, Engineer Ahmed Roudan, was briefed on the efforts to maintain the damage to the poles of the power lines in Az Zaydiyah district and the transformer stations in the branches of Bajil, Al-Dahi, Al-Kaden, Al Marawi'ah and Al-Qatea, and the damage caused by torrential rains and winds.

He listened to an explanation from the field teams, about the rehabilitation of lines, the repair of inclined poles, and the restoration of electricity to normal, stressing the teams to speed up the completion of work and keep pace with emergency efforts to repair the overall damage.
