LONDON August 05. 2024 (Saba) - Amnesty International considered, on Monday, that all forms of inhumane treatment, including torture and violence committed by the Zionist enemy forces in Gaza, constitute "war crimes."
According to the Palestine Today Agency, the organization's Deputy Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa, Sarah Hashash, said in a statement, "In the context of armed conflict, torture and other forms of ill-treatment, including sexual violence, constitute war crimes."
It added that the organization calls on "the Prosecutor Office the International Criminal Court to urgently investigate all allegations of torture, including sexual violence, against Palestinian detainees."
Noting that the Israeli judiciary has a horrific record of failing to reliably investigate allegations of torture against Palestinians.
