OCCUPIED QUDS August 02. 2024 (Saba): Tens of thousands of Palestinian citizens performed Friday prayers at the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, as the Zionist enemy authorities continued to impose restrictions on the entry of worshipers to it.
The Islamic Waqf Department in Quds estimated that about 30,000 worshippers were able to perform Friday prayers at the Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite enemy actions.
The enemy police deployed their checkpoints on roads leading to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and stationed their members at the gates of the Old City and Al-Aqsa Mosque, and arrested the youths and subjected them to searches, preventing a number of them from entering the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Those deported from Al-Aqsa Mosque and prevented from reaching it performed Friday prayers on the Mujahedeen Road between Bab al-Asbat and Bab Hatta, while enemy forces detained a number of young men in the streets of the Old City and interrogated them in the field.
