RAYMAH August 02. 2024 (Saba) – Raymah province on Friday was the scene of 22 large-scale marches denouncing the ongoing crimes of the Zionist enemy and reaffirming Yemen's steadfast support for the Palestinian people.
Under the banner "Loyalty to the Blood of the Martyrs: With Gaza Until Victory," participants in the marches, which took place in al-Jabeen and various districts including Mazhar, Kusmah, al-Salafiyah, Balad al-Ta'am, and al-Ja'fariyyah, voiced strong condemnation of the Zionist aggression against Palestinians in Gaza.
The marches were attended by members of Shura Council, local and executive leaders, and social figures.
Demonstrators chanted slogans condemning the Zionist occupation's acts of extermination, mass killings, and forced displacement, and condemned the assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh as a blatant violation of international and humanitarian law.
The people of Raymah emphasized their commitment to ongoing demonstrations, public events, and advocacy for Palestine, while also opposing American, Zionist, and British aggression against Yemen.
A statement issued at the end of the marches praised the resilience and bravery of the Palestinian people and their resistance. It also highlighted the Yemeni commitment to continue mobilization efforts, including training and preparation for battle.
The statement also praised the Yemeni Armed Forces for their intensified operations across various strategic locations and urged continued economic boycotts of American and Israeli goods.
It called for ongoing support for Palestinian prisoners and announced plans for mass marches on Saturday in response to the call of the late leader Ismail Haniyeh.
