IBB August 01. 2024 (Saba) - The local authority in Al-Radmah District in Ibb Province organized on Thursday a cultural event to commemorate the Imam Zaid martyrdom - peace be upon him.
In the event, Shura Council member Abdul Karim Al-Farah pointed out the importance of commemorating the Imam Zaid martyrdom - peace be upon him - to draw lessons from his sacrifice , courage in confronting injustice , confronting tyrants and arrogant people.
He stressed following the approach of Imam Zaid bin Ali - peace be upon them - and the principles and values for which he sacrificed to support truth and religion, correct the reality of the nation and defend the oppressed.
The Directorate's General Mobilization Officer, Hussein Al-Harouni, explained that the Imam Zaid revolution - peace be upon him - is a revolution against injustice and tyranny , rejects domination and despotism.
He pointed out the importance of launching consciously to confront the American-British-Israeli aggression and their tools.
Al-Harouni reviewed the tragic events and crimes of genocide committed by the Zionist occupation against the sons of the besieged Palestinians in Gaza Strip.
He called for working with the spirit of Imam Zaid in this confrontation until victory.
