ALGERIA July 31. 2024 (Saba) - Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf on Wednesday condemned the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas's political bureau, calling it "treacherous and heinous."
In a statement, Attaf criticized the Zionist forces responsible, accusing them of employing a scorched earth strategy that exacerbates conflicts across the region.
He warned that such actions aim to destabilize the area for the benefit of the occupying entity.
Attaf extended condolences to the Palestinian people and denounced the ongoing violence in the Gaza Strip.
