BEIRUT July 30. 2024 (Saba) - A Zionist raid on the southern suburb of Beirut has resulted in the death of a woman and injuries to several Lebanese civilians, according to initial reports.
The attack, which targeted Haret Hreik area, caused damage to multiple buildings.
Hezbollah officials confirmed the raid and reported significant structural damage in the area.
The Zionist army claimed responsibility for the strike, stating it aimed at a military commander believed to be involved in the recent missile attack on the Golan Heights that killed 12 children.
Hezbollah has denied involvement in the attack.
Three senior security sources revealed that the raid targeted Mohsen Shukr, also known as Fouad Shukr, who is allegedly the head of Hezbollah's operations room.
His current status remains unclear, according to the sources.
