SANA'A July 27. 2024 (Saba) - The Women's Commission in Hamdan District in Sana'a Governorate organized on Saturday two speech events, commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Zaid, peace be upon him, and two vigils in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

The speeches of the two events in the villages of "Tudhan and Allaw Dhalaa" touched on the importance of commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Zaid - peace be upon him - to draw lessons from his revolution in the face of the proud and his courage.

The commemoration was considered a station to urge the nation to take responsibility and triumph over the oppression to which the Yemeni and Palestinian peoples are exposed, embodying the revolution of Imam Zaid, and his fight against injustice and oppressors.

The speeches pointed to the importance of consolidating the principle of jihad for the sake of Allah and following the path of Imam Zayd, and before him his grandfather, the martyr Imam Hussein - peace be upon them - in this aspect, which is considered one of the perfection of religion.

Following the two events, two solidarity vigils were organized in support of the Palestinian people and their resistance, and in support of the decisions of the wise revolutionary leadership in support of the oppressed Palestinian people in the face of the criminal Zionist enemy.

The participants in the two vigils affirmed the continuation of support for the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance in Gaza and all Palestinian territories, as a religious, humanitarian and moral duty.

It announced its blessing for the revolutionary leadership's choices to deter the Zionist enemy, respond to the crime of bombing civilian objects in Hodeida governorate, and a victory for the oppressed Palestinian people.
