CAPITALS July 27. 2024 (Saba) - A joint statement by the leaders of Australia, New Zealand, and Canada confirmed on Friday, that the human suffering in the Gaza Strip is unacceptable and should not continue.. stressing that "there is an urgent need for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza."
The statement called on the Zionist enemy to respond to the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice, and to support the comprehensive ceasefire agreement proposed by US President Joe Biden, months ago.
The US President presented a three-stage proposal, which guarantees a comprehensive and complete ceasefire, with the withdrawal of enemy forces from all populated areas in Gaza.
It also stipulates the release of a number of hostages in exchange for the release of Palestinian prisoners.
