DONETSK July 23. 2024 (Saba) - Donetsk authorities reported that two civilians were killed and seven others injured following a series of Ukrainian bombardments.
Over the past day, Ukrainian forces bombed Donetsk territory 35 times, launching 95 projectiles of various calibers.
According to the Donetsk representation in the Joint Monitoring and Coordination Center, quoted by Sputnik news agency on Telegram, the bombings included 14 strikes on the Donetsk axis and 21 on the Gorlovka axis.
The intense shelling resulted in significant casualties, with two civilians losing their lives and seven others sustaining injuries of varying severity.
This attack follows a pattern of frequent bombardments; the previous day saw 46 instances of shelling by Ukrainian armed formations, highlighting the ongoing and severe nature of the conflict in the region.
