SEOUL July 22. 2024 (Saba) -South Korea has accused its northern neighbor of sending waste-laden balloons southward, as the S Korean army announced intention to respond to such appalling act.
N Korea's acts that exacerbate tensions at borders would lead to awful complications, the SK army said, holding Pyongyang responsible.
The SK army will carry out counter-propaganda broadcasts via microphones at all the fronts, the army's chief of staff said.
