Syria strongly condemns aggression against Yemen & warns dangerous Zionist attacks repercussions
[Sun, 21 Jul 2024 12:05:38 +0300]

DAMASCUS July 21. 2024 (Saba) - Syria strongly condemned the sinful Zionist aggression against Yemen... warning of the dangerous repercussions of the Zionist attacks, which aim to drag the region into a comprehensive confrontation with dire consequences.

The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Sunday: “Yesterday, the Zionist enemy entity escalated its blatant attacks in the region, which included the aggression against brotherly Yemen, by targeting several civilian facilities, resulting in a number of martyrs and dozens of injuries.”

The statement added: While the Syrian Arab Republic strongly condemns this sinful attack, it expresses its solidarity with the Yemeni people, and considers these Zionist criminal acts as evidence of the state of bankruptcy and despair that this entity has reached after nine months of killing, destruction, and genocidal war on the Palestinians.

It continued: The Syrian Arab Republic confirms that the Zionist entity delusively believes that these criminal practices against brotherly Yemen will stop it from supporting the Palestinians and supporting their just cause.

The Syrian Foreign Ministry concluded its statement by saying: “The Syrian Arab Republic renews its warning of the dangerous repercussions of all these Zionist attacks, which aim to drag the entire Middle East region into a comprehensive confrontation whose consequences will not be dire, and calls for urgent international intervention to curb the recklessness of the leaders of this usurping entity and their supporters.”
