The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip rose on Wednesday to 57,012 martyrs and 134,592 wounded since October 7, 2023.
The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip stated, in a daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 142 martyrs (including 3 recovered martyrs) and 487 wounded over the past 24 hours.
The Ministry noted that 223 martyrs have been added to the cumulative death toll, whose data has been completed and approved by the Judicial Committee following up on the Reports and Missing Persons file.
It stated that the total number of people killed in the conflict who had sought shelter at hospitals over the past 24 hours had reached 39 martyrs and more than 210 injured.
This brings the total number of people killed in the conflict who had sought shelter at hospitals to 640 martyrs and more than 4,488 injured since the so-called "aid distribution centers" began operating on May 27.
It explained that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulance and civil defense crews.
The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip called on the families of the martyrs and missing persons killed in the genocide to quickly complete their data by registering at the designated electronic links to complete all data through the ministry's records.
