AMRAN July 13. 2024 (Saba) - A meeting in Amran province on Saturday which included the Undersecretary of Justice Ministry , Judge Ahmed Al-Kahlani, a member of the Judicial Inspection Authority of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Hassan Zaid, and the President of the Province Court of Appeal, Judge Abdul Karim Al-Shami, discussed topics related to developing judicial performance at various levels.
The meeting, which was attended by the heads and members of the people of the province’s Court of Appeal, touched on the province’s judicial work plan and the tasks it includes in completing cases at various levels and advancing work in a way that achieves justice, fairness, the protection of public , private freedoms and rights.
During the meeting, Judge Al-Shami stressed the importance of judges carrying out their responsibilities and ensuring that cases are decided to achieve justice for those seeking them.
He called on all judges in the appellate divisions and courts of first instance to redouble their efforts during the new judicial year in completing all cases pending before the courts, as well as those arriving before them.
