AMRAN July 13. 2024 (Saba) - The Undersecretary of Amran Province, Hassan Al-Ashqas, and the Director of the Province’s Education Office, Zaid Rittas, inaugurated on Saturday the start of the new academic year 1446 AH in the province’s schools.

At the inauguration at the May 22 Educational Complex and the Aisha Educational Complex for Girls in Amran city, the Deputy Governor of Al-Ashqas and the Director of Education, Ratas, confirmed that the inauguration of the new academic year 1446 AH is a victory for the educational front.

Meanwhile, Deputy Director of the Province Education Office, Saleh Al-Zafni, explained that the number of students enrolled in the province’s schools during the current academic year is 300,000 male and female students distributed among 1,270 schools in the province’s directorates.

In addition, leaders from the Education Office, local authority leaders, and education directors in the directorates launched the new academic year.
