TEHRAN July 12. 2024 (Saba) -The commander of the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Brigadier General Ismail Qaani, on Thursday assured senior leaders of the Palestinian resistance of his country's continued support for the resistance in its struggle against the Zionist entity.
According to Iran's Mehr news agency, Qaani told senior leaders of the axis of resistance that "supporting the Palestinian resistance is one of the strategic and consistent policies of the Islamic Republic."
He stressed that Iran supports the Islamic resistance, especially in Palestine, and stands with the strong people of Gaza, and that this is one of the permanent strategic policies, agreed upon by the pillars of the Iranian Republic.
In turn, the leaders of the axis of resistance praised "the comprehensive support provided by the Islamic Republic of Iran."
It is noteworthy that the commander of the Revolutionary Guards in Iran, Major General Hossein Salami, stressed, on Wednesday, that "the Zionists today are under the fire of Palestine, Yemen, Iraq and Lebanon, and Iran in the process of its sincere promise, and this is a manifestation of unity between the poles of the axis of resistance." "We must resist, be steadfast and never yield."
Also on Wednesday, Iranian President-elect Massoud Bezeshkian responded to a letter from the head of Hamas' political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, stressing "full and comprehensive Iran support for the Palestinian people until victory is achieved."
Earlier, the Iranian President-elect, Massoud Bezeshkian, stressed that Iran considers supporting the Palestinian people and their struggle in the face of occupation and the Zionist apartheid regime a humanitarian duty and an Islamic mandate, which is adherence to the lofty principles and goals of the Islamic Revolution and its founder, Imam Khomeini, and under the guidance of the Leader of the Revolution and the Republic, Sayyid Ali Khamenei.
