NABLUS July 10. 2024 (Saba) -The Israeli authorities on Tuesday seized 65 dunams of Palestinians' lands in the two villages of Qablan and Beta, south Nablus, in the occupied Wes Bank.
The seizure occurred in the name of "State's Lands" and with the purpose of "settling" the conditions for 'Afitar' colony established on Palestinians' lands in Sabeeh Mont, the Palestinian authority resisting the wall and settlements said.
The move comes nearly two weeks after the Zionist cabinet decided to legitimize five new settlement centers, including Afitar, the authority added in remarks carried by WAFA news agency.
The decision conflicts previous decisions issued by the very Zionist authorities that acknowledged Palestinian citizens' claim to the land ownership, after Israeli claims proved invalid more than once, the authority said..
