SANA'A July 06. 2024 (Saba) -The management of Yemen Airways, the head office in Sana'a, confirmed that it will not recognize any board of the company that does not exercise its business and functions from the capital, Sana'a.
"Any management of the company that does not exercise its work and functions from the main center in Sanaa is considered illegal and no decisions are considered as contrary to the laws, agreements and charters of establishing the company," the company said in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba).
The statement pointed out that the actual management of Yemen Airways is at the main center in the capital, Sana'a, which deals with all governorates impartially, professionally and without discrimination.
Yemen Airways enjoys full sovereignty that is not affiliated to a party, category or region, and does not receive external dictates or directives, as is the case in Aden and the southern provinces occupied by the Saudi-led coalition of aggression and its tools, he said.
The management of Yemen Airways also confirmed that the company belongs to the Yemeni people from Socotra to Saada and provides its services in the field of civil aviation to every Yemeni citizen.
The company's statement stated that the main management center of Yemen Airways in Sana'a pays the salaries of employees, pilots, flight attendants, flight attendants and all operational expenses, which refutes the lie and slander of the tools of aggression in Aden.
He stated that the company has an aircraft maintenance center at Sanaa International Airport managed by Yemeni technical and engineering cadres who are recognized for their efficiency, integrity and long experience in the field of aircraft maintenance, pointing out that the tools of aggression in Aden maintain aircraft in external centers at exorbitant amounts, as well as the purchase of used aircraft that do not conform to specifications and standards and are incompatible with the company's laws and construction.
"The corruption of the tools of aggression in Aden exceeded imagination and imagination, as they implement the directives of the Saudi-led aggression and for personal purposes to reap the company's money illegally, as evidenced by what the planes that are purchased are exposed from time to time to technical malfunctions in engines and other malfunctions in order to maintain them in external centers," the statement said.
The statement of Yemen Airways also confirmed that there are corruption files of the tools of aggression in Aden in many suspicious deals in the field of civil aviation will be mentioned in due course.
