GAZA July 06. 2024 (Saba) - President al-Mashat on Saturday extended congratulations to the Yemeni people on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet's migration and the beginning of the new Hijri year 1446 AH.
Al-Mashat emphasized the profound significance of the Prophet's migration, describing it as a pivotal moment in Islamic history and human civilization.
He noted that this occasion coincides with the ongoing Zionist aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza over the past nine months.
The President highlighted the Yemeni people's steadfast support at both official and popular levels for the Palestinian cause, expressing solidarity with their brave resistance.
President al-Mashat underscored that this auspicious occasion serves as a crucial milestone for drawing inspiration and lessons, fostering determination and resilience in confronting challenges and threats.
He reflected on the migration of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and its embodiment of values, principles, and purposeful guidance, encouraging Muslims to uphold virtue and collaborate in righteousness and piety.
He concluded with a prayer to Almighty Allah for the new Hijri year to bring goodness, security, and stability to the Yemeni people and the broader Arab and Islamic nations.
