JAWF July 03. 2024 (Saba) - The General Zakat Authority Office in Jawf province celebrated the commencement of its fourth mass wedding on Wednesday, uniting 168 couples through the distribution of allocated funds under the theme "Together to fortify the youth and confront the soft war."
According to a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Zakat Authority office in Jawf initiated the distribution of financial assistance totaling 67.2 million riyals to the newlyweds.
The statement noted that the joyous festivities typically accompanying such events were subdued this year, a reflection of solidarity with Palestinians enduring the ongoing Zionist-American aggression in Gaza and the occupied territories.
