SANA'A June 25. 2024 (Saba) - The Minister of Oil and Minerals in the caretaker government, Ahmed Daris, was briefed today on the level of job discipline in the ministry's office and its affiliated units, on the first official working day after the Eid al-Adha holiday.
The Minister of Oil congratulated the cadres and employees of the ministry and its units on Eid al-Adha, noting the legendary steadfastness of the Yemeni people, praising the heroic role of the stationed heroes of the army and security in positions of battle fronts.
Minister Daris, along with Undersecretary Nasser Al-Aji and Assistant Undersecretary for Minerals Affairs Yahya Al-Ajam, inspected the level of job discipline and workflow at the Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Authority.
They discussed with the Vice President of the Authority, Eng. Bakil Rassam, aspects related to the preparation of the necessary plans to activate the performance of mineral inspection devices, and the mechanism for enhancing the Authority's activity and activating its role in the geological and mineral field.
They were also briefed on the level of job discipline in the Yemen General Oil and Gas Corporation and the Petroleum Investment Company, listening to the Director of the Corporation, Eng. Mahmoud Al-Noum, and the Deputy Executive Director for Financial and Administrative Affairs at the Oil Investment Company, Abdul Rahman Al-Akwa, to explain the challenges and obstacles facing the Corporation and the company and ways to address and overcome them during the next stage.
In addition, the Minister of Oil and Minerals in the caretaker government inspected the progress of work and the level of job discipline in the Oil Exploration and Production Authority and Petro Sar.
He praised the level of discipline in the official working hours on the first day after the Eid al-Adha holiday and the sense of responsibility, keenness and awareness of the importance of discipline and its role in improving performance.
