TAIZ June 24. 2024 (Saba) - The Military Hospital in Taiz province organized today, Monday, a cultural evening commemorating Guardianship of Imam Ali - peace be upon him.
During the evening, the Acting Governor of Taiz, Ahmed Al-Musawa, pointed out the importance of celebrating the anniversary of Guardianship Day to draw inspiration from the biography of Imam Ali - peace be upon him - his asceticism, courage, sacrifices and piety, and his stances in supporting the Holy Prophet and the Islamic religion.
He pointed out that the Islamic nation, led by the Yemeni people, has been celebrating this anniversary for centuries, indicating that the weakness of the regimes is due to the absence of loyalty to God, His Messenger, Imam Ali - peace be upon him - and the figures of guidance, which is what brought the nation to the state of weakness it reached after takeover of America and Israel by some Arab regimes
At the event, in the presence of Public Mobilization Officer Muhammad Al-Khalidi, a number of province deputies, directors of executive offices, military , security leaders, and social figures, the director of the military hospital, Dr. Jamal Abdel Nasser Al-Zahri, and the director of the branch of the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs in the province, Osama Al-Qatabri, indicated that the principle of guardianship belongs to Imam Ali bin Abi Talib - peace be upon him - is an innate principle of faith for all human beings and a method of action that will guarantee God’s support.
