MARIB June 09. 2024 (Saba) - The Governor of Marib, Ali Muhammad Taaiman, welcomed the success of the humanitarian initiative to open the Juba al-Bayda-Marib City road, which was announced earlier by the leadership of the local authority with the aim of alleviating the suffering of citizens and which received great popular support.

Marib governor said in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), "The road on our side is open around the clock and we call on the other party to completely, permanently and unconditionally open the road."

Governor Taaiman expressed his regret that the aggression forces resumed closing Al-Falaj Road this afternoon, a few hours after it was opened, and returned dozens of passenger cars under the pretext of opening it at specific times.

He pointed out that setting difficult conditions for the passage of travelers increases their suffering and contradicts previous statements by the mercenary leadership that they are ready to open the road without any obstacles.
