IBB May 13. 2024 (Saba) - A meeting in Ibb province, headed by Secretary-General of the Local Council Amin al-Warafi and gathered joint field team from the Technical Unit for Monitoring and Evaluation in the Office of the Presidency of the Republic and the Ministry of Local Administration, discussed the mechanism for evaluating the province's plan for projects for the year 1444 AH.
The meeting, which was attended by General Mobilization Officer Abdulattah Ghallab, reviewed the tasks that must be implemented to evaluate the projects implemented in last year’s plan in various sectors and at the level of the province center and districts.
The meeting approved the nomination of members of the assistant team to the field team to participate in the evaluation process in accordance with the work mechanism that will be implemented within 12 days.
At the meeting, Al-Warafi stressed the province's leadership’s keenness to overcome the difficulties facing the team in charge of completing the evaluation process for the projects in accordance with the field trip plan.
He urged all concerned authorities and districts to cooperate with the team and provide all the required data.
Al-Warafi pointed out the importance of the team's work, which comes within the framework of general guidelines to advance the service and development situation based on the determinants of the national vision.
For his part, team leader Harith Sinan indicated that the evaluation process aims to improve performance in the province and overcome the shortcomings that accompanied the work during the last stage.
Sinan stressed the importance of evaluating projects on the ground to determine the extent of their compliance with the specified technical specifications.
