SANA'A May 08. 2024 (Saba) - The Yemen's Parliament on Wednesday reaffirmed the Yemen’s firm and principled position over the security and safety of maritime navigation in Bab al-Mandab and the Red and Arab seas, as well as Yemen’s keenness for the safe passage of all ships except ships hostile to Yemen and Palestine.
In response to the allegations of the European Navy Commander and repeated American allegations of requesting more support to secure the passage of ships heading to the terrorist Zionist entity, the parliament affirmed that the end of the escalation depends on stopping the brutal aggression and unjust siege imposed on the Gaza Strip for eight months.
It called on the international community, the countries of the world and the guarantor countries to move quickly to save the catastrophic situation and the difficult humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, and to stop the Holocaust that Zionist war criminals are preparing to carry out against the besieged residents of the city of Rafah.
The Parliament condemned the reckless actions and false allegations of the American-British-Western Zionist aggression coalition supporting the Zionist enemy, which threatens not only the security and lives of the Palestinian people, but also the security and stability of the entire region.
