BAYDA May 05. 2024 (Saba) - The Office of Industry and Trade in Al-Shariya District in Al-Bayda province destroyed three tons of expired food and consumer goods, which were seized during the past two months in a number of shops in the District.
During the destruction process, which was attended by the governor’s agent, Saleh Al-Mansouri, the director of the province’s industry office, Ahmed Al-Tahiri, explained that the destruction took place after completing all legal procedures.
He called on citizens to cooperate and report merchants who manipulate prices, monopolize goods, and those involved in selling expired materials, and to call the toll-free number of the main operations room 174 or the operations of the industrial office in the province, so that they can be caught and legal measures taken against them.
The director of the Directorate's Industry Office, Sinan Al-Mansouri, attended the destruction.
