SANA'A May 18. 2024 (Saba) - The head of the National Documentation Center, Abdullah Al-Sayyani, reviewed today,Saturday, the working mechanism in the single window to serve the public in the General Organization for Social Insurance and the institution’s archives.
Al-Sayyani learned from the head of the General Insurance Corporation, Sharaf Al-Din Al-Kahlani, and a number of the organization’s specialists, about the various services provided by the single window, and the interconnectedness of the flow of transactions according to the followed automated system that saves effort , time and completes most transactions within specific hours.
He also reviewed the mechanism of the institution’s archive, as well as the mechanism for preserving and indexing files in accordance with the best followed and innovative systems for data safety and ease of obtaining them manually and electronically.
The head of the National Documentation Center praised the modern systems used in the public service window and the archives, appreciating the efforts of the institution’s leadership and its keenness to develop these processes so that they become a model that can be used by other agencies and institutions.
