TAIZ May 18. 2024 (Saba) - A meeting in Taiz province today, Saturday, headed by Acting Governor Ahmed Amin Al-Musawa, discussed the performance of the agricultural financing unit in the province and the projects completed in the agricultural sector.
The meeting, which included the Director of the Agricultural Finance Unit in the governorate, Mohamed Heba, discussed the projects that were implemented, including improving irrigation infrastructure and developing agricultural lands, as well as existing projects, ensuring work progress in them and adhering to implementation timetables, while ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
The meeting reviewed the stalled projects in the agricultural sector, specifically the projects facing difficulties and challenges that caused delays in their implementation.
Al-Musawa stressed that the necessary measures will be taken to avoid shortcomings and accelerate the pace of progress in implementing agricultural projects, stressing the importance of coordination between all the efforts of members of the development team to reach the optimal results to achieve the specified goals.
For his part, the Director of the Agricultural Finance Unit in the province pointed out the importance of avoiding any shortcomings, in cooperation with Development Committee's members.
