Dhamar April 25, 2024 (Saba) - Tribal mediation in Al-Hadda District in Dhamar Governorate succeeded today in ending a murder case between Al-Saadi family and Al-Kathiri family, which occurred eight years ago.
In the reconciliation, which was attended by the Public Prosecutor, Judge Dr. Muhammad Muhammad al-Dailami, the blood relatives of the victim from the Al-Kathiri family announced a pardon for the perpetrator, Yahya Muhammad al-Saadi, for the sake of Allah Almighty and in honor of those present.
The Attorney General praised the position of Al Kathiri in pardoning the perpetrator, as an embodiment of the principle of tolerance and brotherhood among the people of one nation, and the chivalry and generosity of the Yemeni tribe.
He stressed that these positions come within the framework of societal reform and dedication to the greater Yemeni issue, confronting the external enemy, and supporting the Palestinian people.
While those present praised the honorable position of Al-Kathiri family, who rose above the wounds and forgot their internal differences, pointing out that the reconciliation that culminated in a general amnesty contributes to unifying the internal front and thwarting the enemies’ plans that aim to tear apart the social fabric.
The situation was attended by the Director of Civil Status, Colonel Abdul Karim Al-Bukhaiti, the Director of Al-Hadaa Directorate, Fadl Al-Harbi, and a number of sheikhs from the directorate.
