NEW YORK April 19. 2024 (Saba) - If it acts mindlessly and attacks Iran, Israel will regret, the Iranian foreign minister said after his country "finished response against Zionist military targets."

Tehran will remain committed to peace and stability in the region, Hussein Abdollahian added in speech to the UN Security Council, as the IRGC plays a significant "role in fighting terrorism."

The Zionist regime's attacks can but be dubbed as "against humanity and genocide, and those behind should be held accountable for their crimes."

While Hamas is a liberation movement, Israel is an occupier and time can never give it legitimacy, he added.
