SANA'A April 16. 2024 (Saba) -Many Yemeni provinces are expected to see variably-heavy rains, the national meteorology center forecasted on Saturday, warning against windy weathers in southern and eastern coasts and in Socotra Archipelago in the next 24 hours.
Internal parts and deserts of Hadhramout and Mahara will witness thunder rainfalls of variable heaviness, getting heavier in the next 48 hours, the center added in daily publication seen by Saba.
Parts of Sa'ada, Hajjah, Mahweet, Rima, Dhamar, Ibb, Taiz, Dhalea, Baydha, Jawf, Marib, heights of Lahj, Abyan and Shabwa, Tehama Plain would also see rainfalls of variable heaviness, sometimes with thunder, according to the publication.
Southern and eastern coasts and Socotra Archipelago would likely be attacked by active or strong winds, the center warned.
