GAZA Apr 08. 2024 (Saba) - Dr. Muhammad Al-Mughayir, spokesman for the Civil Defense in the southern region of the Gaza Strip, announced today the start of the operation to recover the bodies of the martyrs after the withdrawal of the Zionist enemy forces from Khan Yunis governorate.

The Palestinian Ma'an news agency quoted Dr. al-Mughayyir as saying that civil defense teams were able to recover the bodies of 20 martyrs during the hours after the withdrawal of the enemy army from Khan Yunis.

Most of the bodies were decomposing due to the long duration of the invasion, he said.

Al-Mugheer appealed to the UN secretary-general and the International Committee of the Red Cross to work on providing Baqir to help remove the bodies from the rubble of the destroyed houses.
