OCCUPIED AL-QUDS Apr 07. 2024 (Saba) - About 25,000 worshipers performed, on Sunday, evening and Taraweeh prayers at the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, in the occupied city of Al-Quds, on the 28th day of Ramadan, despite the restrictions imposed by the Zionist enemy authorities.
According to the Palestinian news agency Wafa, the Islamic Waqf Department in Jerusalem reported that more than 25,000 Palestinian worshippers performed evening and Taraweeh prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque and its roofed chapels.
Enemy forces deployed at the gates of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and in the Old City, searching a number of Palestinians as they flocked to prayers.
On the first day of Ramadan, the enemy forces placed barbed wire on the fence adjacent to the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, in the "Lions Gate" area, in order to prevent worshipers from entering the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
