SANA'A December 29. 2023 (Saba)-The Revolution’s Leader, Sayyed Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthiem, phasis on the importance of continuing and intensifying the efforts of the economic boycott of the products of the supporters of the Zionist entity comes from his deep awareness and foresight of the importance of this weapon as it is the most important mission in the battle that the Yemeni people are waging based on their identity of faith, human awareness and moral commitment.
- What does boycott mean?
Free your conscience from emotional conditioning and psychological habituation to the crimes and massacres of the Zionist enemy against the people of Palestine, unleash your humanitarian choice, and boycott; because not boycotting means remaining dependent on the awareness of disappointment, brokenness, defeat in this world, and torment in the afterlife. Because you were slow to support the oppressed.
If every citizen feels his role in this mission, the results of the battle will change quickly. Because the results are linked to money, and the losses here will be huge, and their owners will not be able to wait; rather, they will make their own decisions.
They reconsider a thousand times the directions of their support, and it is available to every individual in our societies. Before that, we will know through it how much money we spend without knowing it, while it contributes daily to the killing of our brothers in occupied Palestine. Are you satisfied with that?! of course no. So let's initiate a boycott; At least you will stand before the Lord of the Worlds; You did your best to support the oppression of Palestine. At a time when most of the world failed it; While your conscience triumphed for her as an Arab Islamic nation that felt duty!
- Why does the economic boycott of the products of the Zionist entity supporters top of the commitments list in our battle with the enemy?
Because the hostile entity derives from these supporters a very large percentage of the guarantee that it will remain standing in our face, and it works day and night to kill our children in the most horrific ways and most horrific crimes, based on its great confidence in our weakness and inability. The success of the boycott is a reversal of all of this, and the enemy is shocked and frightened. In addition, the boycott represents a strongly worded message that Yemen is presenting not only to Israel, but also to the countries and peoples who stand by it, which have announced since October 7th their position in support of the Israeli decision to allow Arab blood in Palestine without any scruples of conscience or morals, but rather as if they do not view us as human beings.
These people shed the blood of our brothers in Palestine in cold blood, committing the most heinous crimes and massacres. These are crimes and massacres that the media failed to report in all of them. What we do not know is more severe.
Despite the unprecedented criminal and tragic dimension of the Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip, most Western regimes, especially the United States, have not declared a position consistent with their declared bias towards human rights and the values of freedom and democracy.
Rather, it declared in all impudence and demanded the continuation of the war on Gaza Strip, completely identifying with the Zionist position, and arrogantly violating Palestinian and Arab human rights. Rather, it arrogantly trampled on the calls and appeals of our Arab and Islamic peoples. It raises its voice loudly demanding an end to the Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip.
Indeed, it did not listen to the voice of the Western street itself, which witnessed a shift in its position with Palestine, due to the weight of the Israeli crimes it witnessed in Gaza. Therefore, all this arrogance and tyranny over the rights of Palestinians in Gaza Strip and all the occupied territories cannot, in any way, continue. But it continues through what we pay from our money to companies that continue to finance and support the Zionist entity in its war against us.
By not boycotting, we contribute to the shedding of the blood of our Palestinian brothers. We even contribute to strengthening the capabilities of the usurping occupier, and we work to prolong the life of the occupation. Therefore, the boycott is a great jihadist act and is available to all Yemenis ,all Arabs and Muslims. Through it, the Yemeni has fulfilled, even if only a small vow, his duty in confronting the barbaric and brutal Israeli aggression in Gaza Strip. He vacated his responsibility and responsibility before God.
- How do we boycott? Are there many aspects of the boycott beyond abstaining from purchasing the products of the entity’s supporters?
The matter does not stop at refraining rather, you must contribute to making others aware of the necessity of this action. It may even be a sacred duty. Because through it, we do not stand idly by regarding what our brothers in Gaza Strip are exposed to. Second: It is an available action, as previously mentioned, and we are accountable for the extent to which we perform it before God, and if you do not perform it, you are not far from the torment that will befall those who fail to support their brothers in Gaza in light of the brutal war they are exposed to.
Educating others also requires you to explain to your family the seriousness of purchasing the products of the entity’s supporters, the importance of this act to God, and the necessity of educating others. That makes raising awareness a daily chore wherever you go. If many people did this, great results would be achieved. The positions of the regimes and companies supporting the entity changed under the impact of the losses that the boycott would cause.
- How will victory be achieved through boycott?
Boycott is an effective weapon; Through it, victory can be achieved faster than the military machine can achieve. The Arab market is a large market for these products. Therefore, boycotting it will be a disaster for producers. who deal with profit and loss; Therefore, they will not stop long in the face of their losses, and will change their squares and reconsider their calculations. In addition, the results of the boycott will restore the nation’s standing in the eyes of others. As it is well aware of what nation wants and what it does; Therefore, the economic boycott is more effective than any weapon in achieving results whose impact we will quickly see.
The boycott will also bear fruit in another aspect, represented by supporting the alternative local or Arab product. Here we will discover that we can support the local and Arab product. Before and after that, capital will realize - as previously mentioned - its true destination based on the trends of the market, which has become conscience. Then the Arab consumer will have his say and influence in the destinations of the companies whose products she /he buys on the one hand, and in advocating the issues of his/her nation on the other hand.
From the above, the Revolutionary Leader’s emphasis on the economic boycott is supported by a background of knowledge of the consequences that the boycott can create, as it is the most important task in the battle course with the enemy.
