SANA'A December 11. 2023 (Saba)- Today's meeting, chaired by the caretaker Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the Tourism Promotion Council, Ahmed Al-Hassan Al-Amir, discussed on Monday the level of completion of the Ministry's tasks, plans, programmes, projects and activities.
The meeting reviewed the report on events and activities adopted by the Ministry and its offices in the Secretariat and the provinces within the framework of the national campaign to support Al-Aqsa , the Palestinian resistance and commemorate the anniversary of the martyr. It stressed the importance of activities that embody the oneness of the Yemeni-Palestinian destiny, the connection to the central issue of the nation and the necessity of supporting it as one of the most prominent just causes.
The meeting approved taking a number of decisions and measures aimed at addressing the difficulties and accelerating the process of completing their implementation.
At the meeting, Al-Amir pointed out the importance of unifying and coordinating efforts between the various sectors of the ministry in order to enhance the framework and institutional building.
The Minister Al-Amir praised the announcement by the Yemeni Armed Forces to prevent the passage of ships heading to the Zionist entity of any nationality, until the entry of food and medicine into Gaza Strip and stopping the crimes and massacres of the Zionist-American aggression against Palestine.
He stressed that the strategic and qualitative decision emanating from the clear position of the revolution leader Sayyed, Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, embodies Yemen’s historical positions in supporting the nation’s issues, including the Palestinian issue, and translates the courageous position of the Yemeni leadership and people in supporting the Palestinians, in light of the shameful Arab and international failure and silence regarding the Zionists entity’s massacres in Gaza.
Al-Amir stressed the importance of activating the weapon of economic boycott because of its impact on destroying the economy of the Zionist entity and the countries that support it.
The meeting heard from a number of sector undersecretaries and general directors of the ministry clarifications and interventions about the level of achievement in various sectors , departments and their implementation of the tasks, plans, programs and projects they adopt.
