SANA'A December 11. 2023 (Saba) - The Supreme Judicial Council, in its meeting on Monday, headed by the Chairman of the Council, Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakel, blessed the honorable positions of the Yemeni Armed Forces, in response to the continued crimes of the Zionist entity, and a victory for the oppression of the Palestinian people, the latest of which is the decision to prevent the passage of ships bound for the Zionist entity of any nationality if sufficient food and medicine do not enter the Gaza Strip.
The Council praised the issuance of Law No. (4) of 1445 AH, which prohibited and criminalized recognition of the Zionist enemy entity or normalization with it, which was signed by His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Chairman of the Supreme Political Council, after its approval by the House of Representatives... Stressing that the law represents an explicit commitment by the Yemeni leadership, government and people to confront the policy of normalization with the usurping entity, considering this a betrayal of the Arab and Islamic nation and its sanctities.
The Judicial Council, the Public Prosecutor, and the Judicial Inspection Authority directed the law to be circulated to the courts and prosecution offices to inform them of the application and implementation of the law.
