GAZA November 30. 2023 (Saba) - Director General of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip Munir al-Bersh has revealed that the Zionist enemy army continues to prevent fuel from entering hospitals.
The Palestinian Information Center quoted al-Bersh in press statements as saying “The Zionist enemy destroyed a number of medical devices in hospitals in the Gaza Strip.”
He added “The enemy must allow fuel to enter hospitals in Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip.”
The Palestinian medical official said, "After efforts by doctors, the dialysis center will return to work today at the Indonesian hospital."
He continued "We made great efforts to restart the dialysis center in the Indonesian hospital."
He explained "In Gaza, 600 people need dialysis three times a week and cannot find treatment."
For his part, Director General of Hospitals in Gaza Muhammad Zaqout said the field hospitals coming to Gaza have not yet entered service despite the urgent need for them.
Zaqout confirmed that "Al-Shifa, Kamal Adwan, and al-Ahly hospitals have not yet received fuel," noting that "the lack of water and hygiene materials increases the risk of the spread of epidemics."
