NABLUS September 30.2023 (Saba) - recent Palestinian report revealed that the Zionist enemy recently began placing tents for settlers in preparation for the launch of its project on the ground to completely seize archaeological sites in the ancient town of Sebastia in the city of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank.
According to what was reported by the Palestine Online news website on Saturday, the Zionist enemy authorities took advantage of the so-called Jewish holidays to begin implementing this settlement project aimed at removing Canaanite antiquities in the town that date back to five thousand years ago.
The enemy authorities’ closure of the archaeological site of Sebastia throughout the Jewish holidays constitutes an opportunity to tamper with these antiquities.
Palestinian citizens reported that the enemy authorities began sending some equipment and machinery to the archaeological sites in Sebastia a few days ago.
