SANA'A September 28. 2023 (Saba) - The Ministry of Information mourned the media photographer, Hudhaifa Ali Al-Wasabi, who died as a martyr while covering the major celebratory event commemorating the Prophet’s birthday in Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sana’a.

In a statement, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Ministry of Information praised the efforts of the journalist Al-Wasabi and his great contributions in covering the celebration of this religious occasion and his role in transmitting the scenes of the event live and directly through various media outlets.

The statement confirmed that the nation lost with the passing of the martyr Al-Wasabi, one of the media professionals dedicated to their work, as he was one of the persistent and loyal young men to their country and people.

The Ministry of Information expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to his family, all of Al-Wasabi, his colleagues, fans, and the media community regarding this great loss.
