Crime of Zionist apartheid against Palestinians in occupied territories
Crime of Zionist apartheid against Palestinians in occupied territories
Crime of Zionist apartheid against Palestinians in occupied territories

SANA'A September 19. 2023 (Saba)- The crime of "apartheid" imposed by the usurping Zionist enemy entity on the Palestinian citizens of the land owners in the occupied territories is being raised once again.

Many international, Palestinian and other organizations accuse the Zionist enemy entity of using the apartheid system against the Palestinians in all the occupied territories.

In this regard, Human Rights Watch, which is based in New York, in April 2021 described the policies used by the Zionist enemy towards the Palestinians in the occupied Palestinian territories as “apartheid.”

In 2022, Amnesty International accused the Zionist enemy entity of committing “apartheid” against the Palestinians and treating them as an “inferior ethnic group.”

Amnesty International says in its recent investigation: The Zionist enemy entity imposes a system of oppression and domination against the Palestinians in all the occupied territories in the 1948 AD and all occupied Palestinian territories, as well as against the Palestinian refugees, for the benefit of the Zionist Jews, and that this system amounts to the level of apartheid., which is prohibited by international law.

Laws, policies and practices aimed at perpetuating a harsh system of control over Palestinians dispersed them geographically and politically, often leaving them poor, as well as living in a constant state of fear, anxiety and insecurity.

In this context, the former head of the Zionist Mossad, Tamir Pardo, made explicit confessions that the Zionist enemy entity imposes an “apartheid” regime in the occupied West Bank.

Pardo's statements are in addition to similar statements made recently by Zionist officials, in which they admitted that their usurping entity practices apartheid in the occupied West Bank.

Many human rights organizations criticize the restrictions imposed by the Zionist enemy on freedom of movement in the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem.

About two weeks ago, Netanyahu supported the so-called far-right Zionist Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir after demanding greater rights for Jews compared to Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.

The minister told the Zionist Channel 12: “My right, as well as the right of my wife and children, to move on the roads (in the West Bank) is more important than the freedom of movement of Arabs.”

In November 1975, the United Nations General Assembly considered, in its Resolution No. 3379, “Zionism is a form of racism and racial discrimination,” and the resolution called on all countries of the world to resist Zionist ideology as it constitutes a threat.

America was able to impose the cancellation of the resolution in December 1991, as a condition for holding the Madrid Conference, but the essence of the resolution in text and practice increased in its various manifestations, in historic Palestine, despite the signing of the frozen (Oslo Accords) in 1993.

United Nations institutions also issued resolutions that reconsider the link between Zionist practice and racism.

What is apartheid?

Apartheid...is considered a violation of public international law, a grave violation of internationally protected human rights, and a crime against humanity under international criminal law.

The term "apartheid" was originally used to refer to a political system in South Africa that imposed racial discrimination, domination and oppression by one racial group on another. Since then, the international community has adopted this term to condemn and criminalize such systems and practices wherever they occur in the world.

Apartheid can be understood as a system of harsh treatment characterized by systematic and prolonged discrimination by one racial group, with the intention of dominating the other racial group.
