TAIZ September 14. 2023 (Saba)-The Minister of Information, Dhaifallah Al-Shami, and the Acting Governor of Taiz, Ahmed Al-Masawy, inspected today,Thursda, the new building of Taiz Radio.
Al-Shami and Al-Masawa reviewed the technical equipment and the live broadcast studio after it had been modernized and supplied with radio equipment and transmitters, and the broadcast was resumed from Al-Hawban.
He praised the efforts of the radio staff, including preparers, presenters, directors, engineers and administrators, and their steadfastness despite the bombing of the transmission stations and the destruction of the radio building by the aggression, but its voice remained heard.
In turn, Al-Masawa praised the role of Taiz Radio, which restored its voice to Taiz after the aggression attempted to disappear it.
He indicated that the radio will witness a qualitative shift in its performance during the coming period.
Minister Al-Shami directed the engineering sector at the Radio and Television Corporation to rehabilitate the station and operate radio transmission on the medium wave.
