SANA'A June 05. 2023 (Saba) - A meeting in Sana'a on Monday brought together the Ministers of Legal Affairs, Dr. Ismail Al-Mahqeri, Communications and Information Technology, Engineer Musfir Al-Nimir, aspects of coordination and joint cooperation to develop the level of legal performance.
The meeting, which was attended by the Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Legal Affairs for the Legal Outreach Sector Mohamed Al-Dudhi and Head of Technical Office Salim Al-Hamly, stressed the importance of strengthening the partnership between the Ministries of Legal Affairs and Communications to improve the working environment in the legal field.
In addition, the Minister of Communications visited the Information Systems Centre of the Ministry of Legal Affairs and heard from the Director of the Information Centre, Engineer Salah Al-Thabhani, an explanation of the legal encyclopedia since 1990 on laws and legislation in the Ministry and the mechanism for updating the legal encyclopedia.
Minister Al-Nimeer was briefed on the automated system for issuing the Official Gazette, and it was agreed to cooperate jointly to activate the Information Centre as the main legal destination of the State's organs.
He affirmed the Ministry's willingness to provide technical support to the Ministry of Legal Affairs in order to help it to develop work and keep abreast of developments and changes, and thus reflect positively on improving the performance of work in the Ministry.
