SANA'A March 15. 2023 (Saba)- His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, visited today, Wednesday, the Yemen Gas Company (YGC) to see the level of work progress in the company.
During the visit President Al-Mashat, listened to an explanation from the Deputy Executive Director of the company, Eng. Sharif Ali Mahdi, about the progress of the catering operation and the company's plan during the holy month of Ramadan.
President Al-Mashat directed the company's leadership to increase the quantities of gas for stations to cover the needs of citizens at the lowest cost, and not to resort to the black market.
He stressed the necessity of coordinating the YGC with the security authorities to prevent the spread of the black market , stop those smuggling gas and selling it on the black markets.
The deputy executive general manager of the gas company confirmed the company's keenness to implement the directives of His Excellency the President of the Supreme Political Council regarding the black market, in coordination with the security authorities.
