BUIROT, Aug. 09 (Saba) - The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, affirmed in his Ashura speech that “ The economic siege is war, and patience is jihad, and this confrontation is called a jihadist confrontation, and the enemy is waging a diverse war, and we have to confront it in a variety of ways.”
Sayyed Nasrallah said that “for forty years we have been following the example of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and his grandfather, the Messenger of God (PBUH) and we follow them, and this is how our movement was a jihadi faith movement,” noting that “we were a jihadist faith movement in its broadest sense, and our jihad was not only through military fighting, although it was the most severe Indeed, our jihad was extensive in the situation in 1982 and the call for comprehensive resistance in all its forms.”
Sayyed Nasrallah considered that as long as there is an American and “Israeli” project, we will confront it at all the military, security, cultural and social levels. Today, the greatest representation of Satan in our present time is the United States and Israel.
