SANA’A, Dec. 13 (Saba) – A Republican Decree No. 2 for the year 2016 was issued on Tuesday in the capital Sana'a, appointing Staff Brigadier Mohammed Abdul-Karim Ahmed Al-Ghamari as a Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Defense.
The Decree upgrades Al-Ghamari to Major-General.
