The local authority and public mobilization, in coordination with the educational sector in Al-Jibin District, Raymah Governorate, launched on Monday activities and events commemorating the Prophet Muhammad’s (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) birthday for the year 1447 AH.
At the inauguration event, Deputy Governor Yaish Al-Dubaibi emphasized the importance of reviving the Prophet’s birthday to embody love and loyalty to the noble Messenger , to follow his path in both word and deed.
He highlighted the need to celebrate the arrival of the birth anniversary of the best of humanity (peace be upon him and his family) by decorating schools, neighborhoods, and houses with green lights, befitting the significance of this occasion in the hearts of Yemenis.
The event, held in Bani Waqid area of Al-Ja’fariah District, was attended by the district director Majid Amin, along with executive, mobilization, educational leaders, and social figures. It included various speeches and programs expressing joy and reverence for the Prophet’s birthday.
The speeches emphasized the importance of strengthening loyalty and connection to the Prophet and renewing the pledge to follow his path in confronting the enemies of the nation—America and Israel—and continuing to support Gaza and the oppressed Palestinian people.
They called on everyone to participate widely in the birthday events, which carry educational and spiritual meanings that enhance community cohesion and strengthen adherence to its faith identity.
Meanwhile, a student rally and march was organized at Al-Qadisiyah School in Bani Shar’ab area of Bilad Al-Ta’am District, commemorating the Prophet’s birthday and condemning the brutal crimes committed against the children and women of Gaza.
Participants affirmed their firm and ongoing support for the Palestinian people in Gaza and their commitment to following the Muhammadan path to confront the forces of global arrogance.
They denounced the Israeli occupation’s persistence in committing acts of killing, genocide, and systematic starvation , displacement against Gaza’s population amid the silence , failure of Arab and Islamic regimes.
