Moscow - Saba:
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Friday that its air defenses shot down 60 Ukrainian drones last night in the country's southwest.

The ministry said in a statement that 60 drones launched by Ukrainian forces were intercepted and destroyed last night between 11:30 PM and 4:10 AM on Friday.

The attacking drones and those downed were distributed by region:

- 31 drones over Belgorod Oblast.
- 12 drones over Rostov Oblast.
- 5 drones over Krasnodar Krai (Russia's far south).
- 4 drones over the Black Sea.
- 3 drones over Voronezh Oblast.
- 2 drones over Lipetsk Oblast.
- 2 drones over Tula Oblast.
- 1 drone over the Sea of Azov.
