Key approvals included:

  • Admission Policies: The council endorsed the admission criteria for the 26th intake of postgraduate students at the High Judicial Institute, and for the third cohort of the Criminal Sciences Diploma for Public Prosecution members.
  • Appointments: It approved the final results of the second cohort of the Criminal Law Diploma under the Continuing Qualification Department and appointed graduates to the rank of Assistant Public Prosecutor (Grade B).
  • Judicial Statistics and Performance Reports: The council adopted the judicial statistics report of the Supreme Court and reviewed the performance report of the Judicial Inspection Authority for the first half of 1446 AH.

The council also approved:

  • Judicial Guardianship Regulations: A draft regulation organizing judicial guardianship over disputed assets, outlining conditions, responsibilities, and legal procedures to safeguard such assets.
  • Preparatory and Reconciliation Judge Standards: The council discussed but postponed final approval of a draft proposal defining the roles and standards for Preparatory and Reconciliation Judges. These judges are tasked with organizing case management, clarifying disputed issues, ensuring legal documentation, and mediating between parties before trial.

Additionally:
