Rabat - Saba:
Dozens of Moroccans participated in a protest in the city of Kenitra on Sunday evening in solidarity with the Palestinian cause and demanding an end to Israeli starvation operations in the Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that participants in the protest, called for by the "Moroccans for Palestine" Association, raised slogans demanding the entry of aid and an end to the Israeli genocide in Gaza, according to the Palestinian Safa News Agency.
The demonstrators called for support for Palestinian factions and denounced American support for the Zionist enemy.
Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have launched an offensive on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of 59,821 citizens, the majority of whom are children and women, and the injury of 144,851 others. The death toll is still unclear, with a number of victims still under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue teams.
