Basem Naim, a member of the Political Bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), affirmed that the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip is a legitimate right of the Palestinian people, even during war.
Naim said in a press statement on his Facebook page, "We cannot accept any aid entry operation, by anyone and by any means, unless it ensures continuity, sufficient quantities, and the diversity required for the needs of two million people, and then ensures that it reaches those who deserve it."
